Customer-Submitted Designs

When placing a custom order, customers agree that:

  1. They own the rights to the artwork or text submitted, or
  2. They have valid licensing or permission to use it for printing.

The Craft City reserves the right to decline orders that contain content which:

  • Violates copyright or trademark laws
  • Includes protected logos, brand names, or characters
  • Contains offensive, hateful, or restricted material

We prioritize legal compliance and brand integrity at all times.

Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns

We take intellectual property violations seriously.
