At The Craft City, we prioritize transparency and reliability in our delivery process. All products are made-to-order at our production facility in Vietnam and delivered to customers in the United States with full USPS tracking. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery times, shipping fees, and other important details related to your order.


Note: All orders submitted before 8:00 AM (GMT+8) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM (GMT+8) will be processed on the next business day.

Processing and shipping operations are carried out Monday through Saturday.

1. Production & Fulfillment

All orders are custom-made and processed in the order they are received.

Production Time:

  • Standard processing: 2 to 4 business days
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.): 3 to 6 business days

Once production is completed, your package will be handed over to our international logistics partner and then delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) within the U.S.


2. Shipping Origin

All products are printed, packaged, and shipped from our workshop located in Vietnam. This information is openly disclosed in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements and to ensure complete transparency for our customers.

Shipment flow:

  1. Production in Vietnam
  2. Export via international logistics
  3. USPS receives and handles the final delivery in the United States

  • Delivery times exclude production time.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on USPS processing, weather conditions, or peak season demand.
  • We do not offer overnight or same-day shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Every order includes a USPS-compatible tracking number.

Tracking process:

Tracking stages may include:

  • Shipment information created
  • Departed international facility
  • Arrived at USPS regional facility
  • Out for delivery
  • Delivered

If your tracking has not been updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team.


5. Countries We Ship To

Currently, we only ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.

We do not ship to other countries at this time.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The Craft City cannot be held liable for lost packages.
  • Re-delivery fees may apply.
  • USPS may return the package to our facility or mark it as undeliverable.

Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • USPS operational delays
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Unexpected logistics disruptions

We appreciate your understanding in such cases.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at support@thecraftcity.com
  • Include your order number and tracking information
  • We will work with USPS and our fulfillment center to resolve the issue promptly

Depending on the case, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit
